Okay so I bought a 4x4 TRD doublecab but the problem is it is still on the truck being shipped and I want to know:

Do they come with the three center cup holder, or just one.
And are the front windows tinted, or just the back.

    Thanks

My rear windows in my DC are dark tint. Not so in the fronts. Not sure about the cup holder thing. I have two big ones down by the dash. A smaller one by the console armrest thing, and two in the back of the console. I see 5. Mine is an 06 DC 4x4 SR5.

    Thanks;
Thats what I expected with the tint, but still I know its petty but the cup holders seem to have no rhyme or reason, some have three in the center console "arm rest thing" and some only have one.

Most cars from the factory do not tint the front windows. Laws differe from state to state regarding whether you can or how much percentage tint is legal up front. I don't think the auto manufacturers want to deal with it. Dunno about cup holders. I'll have to keep a close eye on how many i get when I choose my truck.

That was one of the "stupid little things" that bothered me with my DC, nothing to get mad about just a little frustration. The two in the front of the shifter is awkward...they don't don't really fit anything real good...yes I do know they adjust but they won't make a snug fit on a simple 20oz...then the real dumb part...they are just below the power ports...so that means if you have your phone charging you can not really use the holder. The one behind the shifter is small but if you have the right size coffee cup its OK.

The rear seat cup holders on the center column is a weird size also.

To see how "typical" size drinks in these holders just baffles me...do they not test these for function...maybe it's just different in the land of the rising sun.

Am I the only one? I guess it's just relative.

I was just counting all the cup holders in my taco...
    2 in each door = 8
5 in the center console for a total of 13 cup holders.

Which I have used a good many of these at once... going and getting lunch for 4-8 peolple at work.. they do come in handy... When I bought my truck I didnt' think I would ever use them all, but I indeed have.. Woohoo!

...see the cupholder configuration on the 5-speed manuals are different. I have two large cupholders and one small one aft of the shifter. It is a perfect setup for me. They hold just about anything, and i have an extra one that I use for my mobile phone and/or my iPod. The center console setup in the Automatics frustrated me. I love the interior of my truck. I just wish I had gotten a V6 (since the MPG isn't that far off from the 4cyl). :)

Hi, I got tired of feeling around in the dark and trying to keep eyes on the road so I added a little help.

Thanks! I obviously did something wrong posting the pics. I guess I should check out the FAQ's or something BEFORE I try to post. I just did the DTRL Mod to my 05 Prerunner, where you link the Parking Lights to the turning signals and it worked perfectly. Thanks again for your help with the PICS

So you did the "DRL - Reverse Wire" Mod? I heard that works really well, because you can turn it on and off whenever you want. If you took pictures when you did it, you should do DIY Thread on here. I am working on putting one together with my DRL Mod, but I did the factory DRLs. I installed a $50 set of wiring!

No problem with the pics. It took me several tries before I got one right. I just clicked on the "picture icon" at the top of the "Reply to Thread" Window and pasted the URL into the pop up window.
