How did the camping go on Sat. night? Did the weather treat you guys ok?

Good to see you again Nate, and we'll put some plans in motion for something a little more challenging in the near future.

Damn, Colin!!! Killing it with the pics, as always. Good to see you again, and it was neat to see your little man in person. Bring the FJ next time!

My pics aren't nearly as schnazzy as yours, but here's the best of what I got:

There was lots of fog in the MRGV early on Saturday morning... this is looking north up the river on the I-25 bridge going southbound.

Out of curiosity I did tally of all the runs to see who are the most "adventurous" NM Toyota owners.

I didn't include the solo runs, or runs that weren't offered up to the group in the planning stage.

By far, the most adventurous guy around is....

Tomtom, with 7 completed runs since the start of the thread!!

    Alex (don't know username - White Jeep) - 1
    Ariyan - 1
    Whitecloud - 1
    TacoIII - 1
    Darnell - 1

We've had a total of 11 runs that originated and were planned in this thread...

Don't even sweat it, man. I made that post only to have a little fun, and figure out who was getting out the most. It was a slow day at work. All of us have lives and there's a lot of things that can get in the way of making a run.

After all, it's not a competition.

Or just come out for the run and drive your rig as far as it will go, then hop in as a passenger. If you've got the TRD package on your pre-runner, that rear locker will get you through many of the trails that we have run in this thread.

Your always welcome to come with me! And like @BishFishAllDay said, with that locker you are plenty capable. We need to plan another run soon! I'll be gone this whole summer in San Diego without the T4R

Ha! And here I was sweating that I was spending too much time building a rig instead of using it.

I do bleeb that Glorieta Mesa is beckoning if folks have a hankering. I've heard it is 2WD friendly. I'll have to see what I can put together. Work is kicking my ass right now.

Great thanks guys! I will probably hop in Andrews 4runner if I am in the area for a run. Once I get some better tires I will probably try, dunlops probably aren't the best...

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
It is not always about the tires, not always....usually.....but not always, but come out and wheel. we'll ddrop the air pressure to about 20 and you can see how it feels.

You and me both. But if something were put together for a weekend, I think my boy and I would be down to hit it. My Taco is acting as my DD for now while my Camry is on the injured reserve list (tranny issues), so I am not in for hard core 4WD, but simple stuff that won't blow my truck up is good for me!
