    Out of curiosity, where did it go? I've got a 2003 with no coin holder, and no obvious missing anything (other than the little flappys in the cup holders).

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it goes in the armrest. I think mine has the slots for one to attach but I've never seen one in person.

    Armrest has 2 male slots and coin holder has 2 female slots
