    Hahaha that's a good one.

I have been to the gym a few times now. Looks like I am back with the morning crew :woot:. Kinda sad when you see guys working out 4x as hard as you but you are still lifting more weight and looking bigger.. I dug out some of my unopened supps (I got a few extra freebie jugs from myogenix that I haven't used. That girl is awesome :anonymous: ). So Ill go ahead and get on creatine to ease the discomforts of starting up again and some protein since I have it.

Well, I had to send in my Adipower shoes after only 3 months of use they developed a tear by the pinky toe... Adidas sent me a full refund including shipping since they could not repair them. So I am going to try the same shoe considering I've only got credit with them and I did like the shoe alot. Different color this time. Oh and I found a coupon for $40 off so i bought a pair of shorts too! Came out ahead on this deal IMO.

Went in for upper b yesterday morning and wasn't feeling it at all. I've gotten so used to working out in the evenings, I just couldn't get up the energy. It probably didn't help that I didn't take my pre-workout. I'm placing a bb order today and I think I'm gonna try the new ON pre. I was going to get another tub of the Xtend, but it's just too expensive for the "benefits" it claims to have. I'm going back to the basics: protein, creatine, pre-workout.

    flat bench: 135x15, 225x8, 185x8, 135x10
    cable flies: 3 sets of 10 @ 80, 70, 70 lbs
    dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10 w/ 80, 75, 70 lb dumbbells
rope face pulls: for back 2 sets of 12 @ 200, 190 lbs
    dumbbell side raises: 3 sets of 10 w/ 30, 25, 20 lb dumbbells
    rope face pulls for traps: 3 sets of 10, 9, 9 @ 200 lbs
    dumbbell curls: 3 sets of 15 w/ 40, 35, 30 lb dumbbells
    triceps overhead trap extension: 3 sets of 10 @ 180, 170, 179 lbs

Going in for lower b this afternoon

I just got swindled big-time…I went on bb.com to get the ON pre-workout and just spent $100 :anonymous:

I was only $70 away from a free gift, so I bought 5 shirts and some Orange Triad multi vitamins lol

I just checked and my bb.com package arrives today and I'll be working until at least 7-11 pm. :pout: Today and Thursday are the last days of the legislative session at the Capitol, so they're going to be debating and voting on like 80 bills today and Thursday. For those interested, legislative session in GA is 40 days from Jan-Apr and they hear like 2-3 bills a day until the last 2 fucking weeks. I was seriously getting off work at 1-2 pm all through Jan-March...they wait until the last 2 weeks to actually start doing shit, which leads to everyone having to work super-late. Oh well, that's government for ya. In more positive news, my Senator offered me a job working with the in-house council at his insurance firm and said that I could work with him until I get my law degree and then I can become part of the in-house council, so I'll be working full-time during the day and going to law school at night. My school schedule will be Mon, Wed, Fri from 6:15-9:15 pm for 4 years straight! That fucking sucks, but it'll be worth it.

There's the latest news in the world of Zach lol. Moral of the story is my bb order is probably sitting on my steps right now and I'm stuck at work until late tonight. I'm really excited to try the ON pre.

Also, Orange Triad has a deal going on @ bb.com where you can buy the 270-count container of multi-vitamins and get 2 60-count containers free, which I took advantage of; that's 390 multi's (65 days worth) for $30

I've got the ON pre because it was half off when I got my protein. It's ok. Not anything real special with 1 scoop.

My tolerance isn't too high, so hopefully it'll be good for me. How would you compare it to other stuff you've tried?

I liked ON pre because it didn't get me super jittery. It was good for those days where I was lacking energy but didn't want to be all jittery after working out. I ordered some the other day to help me get back into my morning routine.

Agreed. One scoop is like a cup of coffee + beta alanine.....like taking 1/4 dose of bath salts. Nothing special but at 4:30am it helps.
