Yup. Or take it with you everytime you leave.

And, the console vault would be a better option since the glove box is just plastic and can be ripped out, locked or not.

You don't need a lock on your glove box. It will just be pried open and your dash destroyed (way more money than your Ipod is worth). Just remember to lock your door from now on or get the console vault. Shit happens (to ALL of us).

people will watch you place valuables before u leave, just take em with you. Saw a hiker hide a camera in their car when we went hiking, their car got broke in and not my truck. The little phukerz were waching from the tree most likely.

my last truck got broke into...so naturally after that i kept the glovebox locked... not so much in the taco, i was like what kind of shoddy crap is this..NO LOCK!!!

Course this day its just better to leave nothing in your vehicle and leave it unlocked...that way you don't have to buy a new window when someone smashes it out.

I had the same thing happen to me about 2 months ago. Ipod & airsoft gun was stolen. We left the truck unlocked by accident....RARELY do we ever leave shit unlocked.

So needless to say, that was a wakeup call and we double & triple check to make sure our stuff is locked.

Airsoft gun was returned. I guess once they found out it wasn't a real gun, they pitched it in the neighbors yard.
