Damn I miss mine. The wife and I have an agreement that once the current vehicles are paid, I can get a truck again. Glad to see you guys using them. The one time I went out was a blast at Badlands, thanks Mark. Hopefully in a few years I can regain my interest. But until then, I will creep.

Man, I thought cutting my outlet was hard but thats to detail. Good Job!!! Thats perfect. I didnt think I needed that many outlets cause I only have 2 kids. Our inverter wont handle all that?

I haven't done it yet  haha

I don't doubt that it could, but I rather be safe than sorry. I go on a lot of trips with friends and I want them to be able to charge their phones and use their laptops on the road. Maybe the fiance would go on more trips with me if she could plug in her hair dryer etc

Got some not so great news when I was looking over the truck today. It looks like I have a small tear on the outer boot of the driver's side CV. Has anyone replaced their CV axles by themselves?

Its pretty easy its just an absolute mess!! I ended up using hose clamps to hold the boot on since I'm too dumb to figure out the clamps and how to get the crimper to work. the hose clamps have been working great for 2yrs now holding up to DD duty and 4 wheeling trips a year. I would get both the inner and outer boots because the probability is high you will mess the inner one up getting it off and back on again.

Nice sliders Jaun. Where did you get them? Are you welding or bolting them on?

Thanks man, I got them from stubbswelding.com. They are very nice and beefy and very fairly priced compared to the bigger companies. He is a small owner operated company that pays close attention to detail. They are weld on.
