Help!!!!! 2010 Price

I am helping my parents buy a new 2010 Sport Package with tow and backup camera. How much is invoice or fair price for this these days?????

They are in negotiations now.

This is what the dealers first offer was. Makes me nervous. It is a 4x4.

 

Go to edmunds.com. You will be able to find the invioce price of any model with any option.

$28k is below invoice, but not below the dealer's cost. It may or may not be a good deal. What accessories are on there, and what's the factory holdback amount in Utah? Also, any incentives/rebates on 2010 Tacos right now?

 

Do you or they belong to AAA or USAA? They both have car buying services that will negotiate prices for you.

My first day shopping-> today, here's what I got them too.

2010 tacoma trd sport (2wd)
tow package
6 disc in dash

$25000 + tax and tag/registration. absolutely no extra costs.

 

No they aren't members.

They paid 28700 for 2010 White Sport w/ tow and backup cam. Dealer claimed they only made $300 on the deal because, invoice was $28400. I laughed at that.

 

is that before or after TTL..

My 09 was like 26,500 before TTL..

 

I've worked in finance at a TOyota dealer in the southeast for 12years. I just bought a 2010 dcab 4wd short bed Trd offroad package. With the factory options mine was around 28600 plus ttc. That was 100 over net net dealer cost. About 700 behind invoice. We have no dealer or customer incentives because they cut production drastically and they even shut one plant down. I don't expect to see many incentives on tacomas withen the next couple of months.

 

like they mentioned above, list the factory and distributor options and we could tell you the cost.

I'm pretty sure the price they paid was before TTL. My parents aren't much to haggle which just kills me. If anyone deserves to have every last penny squeezed out of them it's the car dealers because that is exactly what they will do to your disabled grandmother if they can.

 

I just picked up a 2010 tacoma 4dr automatic, trd sport for $26,521 Drive away cost.

 

I'm guessing PreRunner?

 

Much Cheaper than in Ontario
