I've had the wheels black before with PlastiDip but not wanting to use it again. Too much work to remove it. This pic is without as much front lift.

I have an access cab 2.7. I just cant imagine hauling around more weight. I think mine weighs around 3975lbs. What does the x2 cab weigh? How does the 2.7 pull the weight?

Actualy the DCSB 4cyl Prerunner weighs 160lbs less than the ACLB 4cyl 4x4. It pulls the weight around decently. We also don't have the added driveline resistance of the front drive shafts and u joints as minimal as that is. Not fast by any measurement but I get up the highway just fine.

What he said. And in stock form I got killer MPGs, 23/24 average and 28 highway was the norm. Now with lift and tires it is abysmal, but trying to be totally aware of the RPMs and pedal this tank and see if it's more my driving or if it's really the mods that are killing my fuel efficiency.

I don't remember what my weight was specifically when I drove across the scale at the dump last, but I want to say it was 4243 or somewhere in that ballpark with 450 lbs of passengers or so.

What kind of mileage are you getting with lift and tires?

Also Where did you find your rear window visors?

It was directed at gimmick because we have the same truck. Except for auto and manual.
But yea how hard of a hit did the lift and tires make?

Hahahahaha well sh!t! I guess mine will be lower than that seeing as how I already get worse mileage than you. I am waiting for lift and tires though. I am trying to pay the truck off asap... I dont like debt/having anything hanging over me.

My rig is stock, lol. I was thinking of starting The Slowest Build Thread In The World! lol, I will post pics this weekend after I am done spraying the rims and emblems. You may be inspiring me to actually start a "build" thread.
I am plastidipping the rims. I wanted to do that to make sure I like them black. I saw them black on another thread the other day and like them. Too bad I bought the dip a while ago on sale. Also bummed cause you had said it was a pain to get off. Did you spray them on the truck or take them off?

First time I had them off and second time I sprayed on the truck. Spray it heavy. Like a can per wheel and you'll be okay.

I think im getting 18-19. So thats with 5100s in the front to level and duratrac 265/75/16. Im fine with it, I just cant imagine weighing it down anymore. (as i continue to look up winches....)

The window visors came from the factory like that!
