Yesterday UPS finally delivered my Columbia Overland dual battery tray. It's the first thing that I've purchased from them, and I'm surprised that some of you say they have great customer service. They advertise 10% off of dual trays right now. It was taken at checkout. I sent an email and followed up with a phone call. I asked about expected shipping time as well. I was told the "web guy" would look into and he's also the "shipping guy" and they would get back to me the next day. A week later, send another email. No response. Thankfully the tray shows up the following day. Still no fixing of the 10% discount though.

I'm surprised they told you it would work with a Group 34 as that is definitely different dimensions than the Group 35, which it is built for. Why did you go with 34 over 35? As far as I can tell, they only offer maybe 3-8 Ah more capacity than 35.

Bummer. I think I talked to a fellow named Brad. He was very helpful and offered to assist me if I had any issues with my Optima D51 Yellowtops. I hope they'll make good on the discount.

http://assets.bluesea.com/files/resources/instructions/990180180.pdf looking at the wire diagram at the bottom of the page it shows the brown, orange, and green as isolation wires.

Ok Thanks so man this thing is awesomely simple to hook up, only the red and yellow wire from the ML-ACR connects to the switch. Also correct me if I'm wrong but if we plan to use this as self jump (emergency cross connect) it says do NOT use fuses/breakers, if you look at the link above at the bottom of the directions on the wiring diagram?

I do have mine connected to an accessory wire. Without it, it would not automatically connect them 10min after turning the truck on and then isolate them when turned off.

Your correct Linwood. I personally didn't hook mine up in that manner. When my truck comes on, about 60sec later it connects. When I turn the truck off, a few minutes pass then it cuts off.

Now I am second guessing myself. I need to look again after the rain stops.
