Easiest way to learn is to just do. When we sold the FJC, I bought a S2000 and basically told her she would have to learn how to drive manual in two days. Bought the S2000 Friday, she drove to work Monday. She struggled with it a little bit but learned fairly fast. Now she loves it and loves driving top down, helps with her tan she says. Taking her auto x sometime this summer.

haha! nice. No way in hell she was going to drive my V!! I took our out to a very isolated area. She was sorta getting it. but I wouldn't trust her with my baby out on a busy street!

Yeah. I know the feeling. When I needed to drive the S2000 to work so I could get it worked on, she drove my STI to work. I was terrified. I love the S2000 but the STI is my baby. Had to explain to her to park away from curbs and not under trees, ect. After giving her that talk, next day I curbed one of my wheels. She just laughed at me and gave me the same talk. Kinda. If I was to get one it would be the WRX. New engine/tech and cheaper for not much less performance loss from the STI.

I would do WRX sedan with flush wing and black pack, but I'd probably still change the wheels

Both are curvy. On a motorcycle, out one, back the other.

This is the reason I still want an 04/05 forester xt 5 speed. Almost bought one before the 4runner. Still thinking about it eventually. Lighter than an sti, versatile fir a wagon, still the 2.5 turbo. Swap sti turbo and intercooler and have a damn fast sleeper.

So when did SI drive become standard on WRX? And then ask the question is the STI worth it because you can get si drive in the wrx. Questions everyone should ask...
