So I bought some Muscletech Push10 pre work out and it is by far the worst tasting thing I have ever experienced. It's like watermelon nail polish remover

Well, trail running starts soon! Excited to get out and away from the pavement I have had to stick to. Hoping to drop my weight from 210 to 190 again. Ill be running at around 8,000 ft on the week days and hopefully 10k on weekends.

Yeah, not sure why the uni gym is that way. They employ a lot of students. Seems resonable to leave it open 24/7. The library is and there is always people in there. More people lift than study

Ours is staffed from 8-8 Mon-Thur, 8-5 Fri, and 9-2 Sat, but they're only really there to clean and sign folks up, so it's not like they really need to be around at night anyway. We just have little barcode keychain things that open the door when the staff is gone. I don't think I've ever been that late though lol. I like to go at lunch (if I'm off or it's the weekend) or right after work.

No shit, same thing happened to me Friday. Girlfriend insisted it closed at 9. I changed, and was in the kitchen about to mix up some pre, but had a voice telling me to call. Close at 8 not 9. FML, I missed the gym, but at least I didn't end up sitting around the house jacked up on pre.

That's why I can't do any gym that's not 24/7. Working the hours that I work, I need that bitch open at all times.

I hate the planet fitness weekend schedule... It's only 7-7 on the weekends... Makes it hard to do everything... Most of the time it's 7am for me

The majority of gyms I have been to have either 24/7 access. Otherwise they open at 5 or 6 am and close at 10 pm. Which is fine by me. Not a huge demand at 12pm haha.

Downloaded some new instrumental songs. Gonna crush legs and shoulders just cause I don't feel like doing homework
