    A lot of people will buy a set off craigslist, get them powder coated. Then swap them out and sell the non-powder coated ones

    I have my hood dipped and so far, fluid has not affected it at all.

    I'd recommend you get this first. https://www.dipyourcar.com/Dip-Nozzle.html I went in without this and got awful streaking in my hood. I hate it, but I'm too lazy to redo it. This nozzle sprays more product more evenly. It is perfect for dipping large areas such as a hood. :thumbsup:
