    not sure if serious

Mulcair essentially nailed it , as supported by the facts in the article you decided not to read and then comment on

    and too

I meant sticking his foot in his mouth because you don't just call something a dutch disease. I get that, based on the information presented in the article I should of read thoroughly, that the "Dutch Disease" is an accepted economic term from the time period described. However, in politics, when you make a comment you have to be careful how you word things. It would of been better for Tommy Boy to talk about the dutch disease and the theories on how it could be corrected rather than throw the term out in the open for the opposition to poke at.

It'd be like me saying Mulcair might be fighting his own battle of the bulge from the way I see things in this picture. Two meanings there, and to people who don't know history in that sense all that well it can easily be misinterpreted.

Another perfectly valid point would be that I'm running on about 3 hours of sleep in 24 hours because my newborn daughter isn't sleeping and my wife had a C-Section and needs her rest, so maybe I shouldn't be posting at all. Posting though is my only contact right now with the outside world though for the next little while ;).

So no need to be a dick OZ.

With the cost of Hydro going through the roof in Ontario (another 4% increase May 1st), I have turned off the light at the end of my tunnel.

... and now the provincial gov't is talking about selling Hydro One to privateers.

Solar panels, a battery bank, and a windmill is looking better all the time.

If you are connected to the grid but running on your own electricity you still have to pay for the transmission charge and fee's to your house. That's a big issue here.
