Im going to do another run up thru HULL MTN.
This ride is a little longer than the one for Cow mtn and there is no problem with weather. As they shut down cow mtn when it rains.
We will meet at Bowling Alley Parking lot 8:00 am.
If your coming from the south on Hwy 101 you will go thru Ukiah staying on the freeway and looking for the exit called North State exit. It is at the north end of town just pass the motorcross track. The exit is on the right hand side.
Come to the stop sign and turn left, go to the first light and turn left into the parking lot. We will be there in front of the Bowling alley.
The total trip is about 6 hrs depending on stops and pics. We start on Hwy 20 going thru Potter Valley and head North to Hull Mtn and come out at Eel river Station and then head to Covelo and come out on Hwy 101 then down to Willits. Total Mileage is about 150 miles. There is no gas stations until Covelo so if you dont get good fuel mileage bring fuel.
You can get sandwhiches at Raleys or you can bring your own.
The road is pretty good for the most part nothing to extreme. 4hi in a couple of spots and Prerunners can make it if you have decent tires. But I will have tow straps if need be.
My Cell No is 707-592-0172 Galen
So hope this works for a few of ya and if not we can always do another one.

What about the 1st, I've been to cow loads of times, but never hull.

    I'd be in for Hull.

Then maybe we could all go.

Sorry bout that I cant make it on the 1st have a halloween party and wont be back till Sunday afternoon. Its out of town.
But if your willing to try it with out me its not a bad run and you can get a good map at the BLM headquaters of of North State St on the left side heading North and its just pass the old Dodge Dealership.
    The Maps are like $10.
So Im still doing this on The 7th. But will do another one say after X-mas if not to much snow.

This sounds fun as well I used to Live in Lincoln so now quite a few places around the area. Used to offroad out by Camp Far west Lake. Not a bad area.
I like the Looks of the guage cluster will have to do this at some point.
    Really nice work Seth.

It is a little bit but no boulders. Just a rocky road and steep in some places. Nothing that cant be done in 4Hi or possible in 2Hi if you have good tires. It starts at about 750 ft and climbs to about 7,000 ft so we might run into a little snow if this next storm drops some.:D
Overall it has some good views and there is side trails that can be explored but I havent tried them so not sure where they come out at and how hard they are.
Here is a couple of pics of the mtn at the top of it over looking Lake Pillsbury.

yep taco, I'm still in. will see you at 9. Looks like we are in for a chance of rain on late friday and saturday, but that won't stop me.
    Looking forward to meeting you.
Also on saturday i did the benmore canyon run at cow mountain, pretty neat trail, lots of steep lose stuff (diff lock needed once). Only thing is it got realy tight halfway through, the brush started closing in. I don't think you would want to do it if you were worried about getting a few scratches.
    See ya saturday
