Devils adv. - - - - - How many of you have driven one or in one???????? I would NEVER buy one because trucks to me MUST have a frame and a real 4 wheel drive system ie. rear wheel drive with a transfer case. The ridgeline does none of these BUT they target a different audience-golfing grey headed people and hockey moms(yes i am canadian). One of my Foreman at work has one and i occasionally get in with him to travel in between job sites that can be 2 hours apart and his ridgeline rides really nice and really takes care of you inside( Nav, DVD etc). Toyota didn't even put heated mirrors in my 2010 tacoma. I do make fun of him but his ride does ride nice and comfy and i prefer it on longer work trips while still being able to throw construction stuff in the bed.
PS - he towed his boat up into the rocky mountains (about a 6 hour trip) and his windshield now leaks. This is what no frame does to your seals while towing.

    Agreed!! A unibody isn't a truck.

They drive better than my sister's Element, imo. What i take the thread to be, isnt the different market, but the ridgeliners who forget there is a difference in the markets.

It is good for what its designed for, suburben driving. Able to get some bags of mulch, a small piece of furniture, etc, and still have a car like ride.

    Truth be told, this.

The Ridgeline was made for suburban soccer dads that occasionally take their kids camping or buy a grill from Home Depot.

This forum suffers from what I call Enthusitis, which is an internet condition wherein a group of gathered enthusiasts come to believe they represent an industry's market in general.

Hate to break the bubble guys, but the portion of vehicle buyers that care about offroad ability is miniscule. Hell, the portion of truck buyers that care about offroad ability is miniscule.

Honda is a smart company, well run, and profitable. Their vehicle lineup, which is excellent, is designed, built, and marketed with their business model in mind, not forum points. One can hardly blame them for this.

    Too few to list.
The Ridgeline was never advertised as an off-road vehicle. It does what it's made to do, a suburban hauler. btw, the only lift kit sold for it are 2" spacers. (someone asked)

...moving right along now, lets compare Tacos to Element AWD, think were better off road there too. Safe arguement?

You suck and so does your opinion. I hope you die a horrible plague riddled death that prolongs your life as it kills you setting your nerves on fire and you crap through your eyes.

I've colour coded my opinion green and yours brown for optimal clarity.

Pffftt. I'll show you mountains that will make your herpes outbreak look like a still sea.

You're going down big man! I'll wreck you more than that giant iceberg broke the titanic.

I had syphilis but I think my AIDS and herpes ganged up and took it out.

Think you can hook a brother up?

If you can find one with Bubonic plague I'll take that too.
