with this setup (.85 billsteins and TSB) what size tires are you running and what's the largest you can go w/out rubbing??

I'm running 255/85-16 Truxus M/T Theoretically on the front a lift doesn't give you more tire clearance it just keeps things from hitting. The suspension geometry doesn't change. With the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shock up front, set at .85" lift and factory TSB springs in back they clear just fine. Had them on stock and they cleared with mudflaps just driving around the local mall parking lot without rub. 8^)

    A few.
Has anyone taken the time to measure before and after installing the 5100's, to verify if the amount of lift stated is what was actually given, depending on what height setting you went with? In other words, if you set them at 1.75" is that the actual amount of lift you got or was it more or less than that?

Well I made the move today. Went down to .85 and removed my AAL. It sits PERFECTLY level, I am pleased. The nice ride and handling is pretty sweet too.

So AAL and billy's set at 1.75" will make it level

Depends on the AAL. I had the Toytec one on non-TSB springs that were in OK shape and it was level with billsteins set at 2.5.

Kinda hard to see in these pictures, dark outside. It might be just a smidge higher in the front. If I have problems with loading with the non-TSB rear I might get some air bags.
