I know guys have drilled holes and mounted d-rings in the front of the bed but i'm wondering if anyone has used the actual bed bolts to secure the d-rings (and if not, why)? It seems like a great spot to use and there is more than enough thread on the bolts. Just want your opinions and any suggestions. Thanks.

I used the actual bed bolts. They are more then long enough to accominate the d-rings. Love this mod.
