What else besides the tall and skinny? Tires.........

I just don't get the tall and skinny tire look. Sure, it has its advantages, but for the stuff and places I like to go, I need flotation. Plus, most trucks look unstable, and kind of roller skate -ish

I will be doing a 3" lift, probably OME and most likely a 16x8 wheel, so what sizes are out there that fit well, and aren't skinny. Minor trimming is ok, but not looking to hack up the truck.

I am not looking for real fat tires, but proportionate. Maybe something in the 11.5 or if I could squeeze 33x12.50's in there I would, maybe with the right back spacing.

 

I'm interested in this too, i like wide tires.
