Ok, so i installed my light behind the grill and use the two holes on the radiator suport to put the fog lights.... i use scooter clutch weights to bring the lights alittle bit down and tighten the screw...i noticed that radiator suport is real thin and basiclly you can bend it so easily.

When i when to go and try the lights out on the highway the lights just start shaking as i drive and im pretty sure i tighten them so much i didnt want to brake the bolt...any advice would be really apreciated

I have a motorcycle shop so i had to improvise with what i got!!! Im at work so i dont have pics of the install or the fog lights.

Here are pics of what i used bit in a bigger size!! I used three on each light so i can drop it from the suport about 1 1/2 inches

Im not sure exactly which holes you are talking about, but what I did with mine, was I went to Lowes and got an aluminum bar and mounted above and below my bolts to strengthen the area. Its not attached between the lights on the top, just on the bottom. On the top I cut them in about 5" lengths. Let me know if you want more detail, but this worked for me. No shaking.

You will have to fab up a more solid mounting point to eliminate the shaking. 1 way, is to make a mount on the upper support (the one in which the horns mount), and attach the lights to that one also. That way, there are 2 points in which to hold the lights steady.

I dont have a photo at the moment.. but I figured they would wobble, so I fabricated two L brackets for extra strength. The lights aren't going anywhere and the mount is incredibly strong, but on the highway I still get a little moment that is exacerbated by inconsistencies in the road. Dah well.

You can either reinforce the support, or make a connection to the lower support as well. That should stop the vibes.
