I just purchased a 2006 Tacoma Double cab. Is there a way to tell if I have the JBL stereo? As far as I can see, I have a head unit, front door speakers, tweeters and rear door speakers. I have the original window sticker but it doesn't say.

I was looking at the SCOSCHE subwoofer. Does anybody have any experience with it. Looking for the pros and cons.

It will say JBL on your radio faceplate, and you'll have steering wheel controls. There will also be a subwoofer/amp enclosure behind the rear passenger seat.

There is a non-JBL that has steering wheel controls too.

IMO, the JBL system is weak. Aftermarket sounds better, and it's cheaper.

    ooops... in a Access Cab?

Or was it not an option in non-double cabs?
