maybe someone with the ebay style projectors can chime in...
but i would assume you can change the bulb.
there has to be a way to pull off the rubber grommet and access the bulb.
pull the headlight off the truck and inspect it if you cant reach it while installed

it is easy to pull off that rubber, to check the bulb is it ok or not.
Don't worry. By the way, did you use HID on it?

This is the only rubber part thats in front of mine. All I have to do on mine is pull it right off. There has to be a way to get to them.

Does it look burnt? Can you see if the element is broken/burnt. If all else fails switch the light out with the one that works.

That wire pushes into a slot. All you have to do is push the tab in and then down or up depending how its designed, and then the bulb will virtually fall out.

I don't know anything about the projector headlights but the bulb should come out, there my be a pin holding the bulb to the headlight or it may twist to lock in place... but, it has to come out as bulb do go out and need to be replaced.

Once you get it out just look at the filaments to see if they are broken, you could also take the other one out and install int in this connector to see if it works .. if it does then you need a new bulb.

Im willing to bet it is a H1 bulb. You can find one at any autoparts place for like $8-$10 or brighter bulbs like silverstars for $20 per bulb.

If it isn't the bulb, check your fuse for that particular light. The location of the fuse is described in your owners manual.
