Goin' for that with mine. When I finally get the grille replaced, the only thing giving any indication of what type of vehicle it is will be the lone "tacoma" badge over the tailgate handle.

I plan on taking the TRD sticker off and debadging this spring. I hate wiping and washing around those damn things. I like the clean look as well.

It's easy to do, my wife found this stuff that worked great. Check out my debadging at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3375633 . I think it helped that is was about 100 degrees outside so the tape they use was very soft.

I took off the TRD bedsides I think they look cheap, I bought some Aluminum TRD emblems form Ebay and put them on the doors where the Tacomas were and blacked out the rest. Left of the SR5 & V6 emblems on rear replaced with a silver TRD emblem that I blacked out, looks factory IMO and a little cleaner than stock.

Thanks. I'll look into that when the time comes. I think I saw that stuff at Pep Boys. Very nice and clean looking truck by the way. It looks so much better without all those emblems and sticker.

I've gone back and forth on whether I want to take off the TRD Sport decals or not. And possibly some of what's on the tailgate. Alot of emblems back there. Probably keeping it as is, for now.

when I started this thread my truck was totally badged but since looking closer at the whole badging issue, I think I'm going to completely debadge and just put a tacoma badge on my grillcraft. My truck looks cluttered to me now.
