XD Rockstars

Hey does any1 have XD rockstars on their tacoma, and what kind of tires with what size, i need all the info i can get!

sorry but I hate those rims.

 

Here is what they look like on a 96 tacoma. I had to use spacers all the way around.

 

the smallest they come in is an 18, and that's too big for your little trucks

 

Yeah those rims are extremely "Jersey Shore"

 

Thanks 20tacoma01 , What kinda tires do you have on your truck? I dont care if there bro'ed out, I think they look cool, I dont mind big rims, as long as they're not like 24" and all chrome, thats too gangster for me!

think what you want about them, if you dont like them then dont get them but i love mine, i have 275-65-18 kelly safari tsr radials on mine.. with no spacer.

 

I love those rims. If I had a silver Tacoma I would get those. I like the chrome ones too they might look good on my tacoma if I could find em smaller than 20". " I'm not into the blacked out look on black tacomas."

they make them in a 18" but thats as small as they go

 

I looked closely at those, but decided to go with the XD Monsters instead. I think they are a great looking wheel over-all, but I didn't care for the star on the center cap. Whatever you decide, XD does make a quality wheel.

 

how are you guys liking the zeon ltz's? i almost have 1k on mine and am liking them a lot so far. haven't had enough snow to test them in it yet, so im interested in how they do. from all the reviews online it sounds like i should be happy though.

 

I only have around 300 miles on my zeons, but I love them. If you've watched the news, no doubt you've seen the blizzard that just hit the KC area. I am one of the few that was able to make it out of the subdivision before the plows came around. I didn't go too far, because I didn't want to be one of the growing number of 2nd Gens to bite it this winter. However, I went far enough--through some pretty impressive drifts--to know that the tires do quite well.

 

I never said I had a problem with them, I actually really like them but was lookin for some advice! btw thanks everyone I appreciate the info!!!
