Pretty sure I''m going to have them set at 1.75. W/ rear TSB, should look good and ride nice. Like the fact they are made in Germany. Thanks to DownSouth Motorsports for excellent service.

I'm also thinking 1.75" with the TSB springs when I get 5100's. What size tires are you running? Post up pics when you finish installing! :D

i have a pair in front set at 2.5" and love them ride really nice even at the highest setting levels the truck out nice. I originally had them set at 1.75" but i had my frame replaced and had them bump them out to compensate for everything being new and not saggy haha

Rear Suspension TSB, Bilstein 5100 on all 4 corners-fronts set at 1.75". BFG A/T's @ 265/75/16; Access LE Roll-up cover; Iron Cross Tube SS Steps; Fumoto valve; WeatherTech Liners; AFE Pro-Dry; front side windows tinted 20%; TW Decal!
When I had the TSB done on my '08, I had the 5100's in hand and had them installed at the 1.75 setting- instead of the yellow Bilsteins that come with the TSB. The dealer let me keep the yellow ones-still new in box. By doing it this way, I got the [free] alignment after install rather than having to get it done later. N/C from the dealer btw.

Are the rear shocks also adjustable? If so, do you set all four at the same setting to level? If you have the rear spring TSB would you maybe set the fronts at 1.75 and rears at .85?

    TIA

well on the 01-04's only a small batch were bad unlike the older ones where pretty much if you lived in an area that used salt, you had holes in your frame. So instead of buying them back they just replaced the frame, leaf springs, brake lines etc. According to the strealership it cost them about 13k in parts and labor but i didn't pay a penny and i pretty much have a new truck. can't go wrong with Toyota's customer loyalty and honesty. No other car company would do that
