hey everyone. i just upgraded my cell phone to one that has a removable memory card. so now i can put songs on it and use them for my ringtone. problem is, it plays from the beggining. does anyone know of a free program i can download so i can cut out part of the song?

Download Audacity, it's free and multiplatform.
But if you're like me and don't want to mess with all those bitrates, formats, chanels, etc use online tool http://makeownringtone.com it's free too.
