I'm not under the impression that the linked headunit will work (direct connect with interface) with the Zune. I don't think there is any headunit that will to my knowledge.

^yeah...I don't want to do it either but I might have to. I have an 8GB one that was a gift but I really need more storage than that. I'm thinking about getting one with a broken screen that has a crap ton of storage.

Ebay...i got my 8GB nano for about $80 when they were going for $199 new in the stores...It also had 300 songs on it when it arrived lol.

You could probably buy a used i-touch for that price these days

I bought an 80gb Zune from a TW member and love it. Granted, I don't have an iPod but this was a good deal for the size of it. I just use the aux jack with a retractable cable so it's not dangling everywhere.

If I need to charge it, I have a retractable cord for the DC outlet. No loose wires and it was a cheap set up (wires were only $5 on Amazon).

No, I can't use the steering wheel controls but I think that would be difficult anyway. Why don't stereo's have a built-in storage space for MP3's? Like why can't you buy a HU with 200gb of storage for MP3's. Plug in a laptop - via usb - and load it up.

you might want to call kenwood on that unit. the zunes use a basic interface underneath that was made by toshiba and some can be read as a usb mass storage device. it might be worth a try. or sell your zune and buy an ipod.
