wierd popping noise

    hey everyone i need some help i tried looking up this problem on other threds but i couldnt seem to find nothing so heres my problem i got this wierd popping noise i here and i can feel sometimes in the steering wheel and i feel on the floor so i tried to see what it was and i noticed that on the front driver side theres some kind of bushing or gasket that got squished i guess its called a stabalizer so i took it to two shops and one guy said that it needs to be replaced and the other one said that its fine and that there suppose to do that and thats not whats makeing the popping noise and he'll look it over for $55 bucks so i thought maybe someone can help me befor i dish over the money.

    Pics? Maybe your steering rack bushings or tie rod end bushings are shot?

    im willing to bet that its not supposed to look like that. kind of looks like part of your top plate is bent as well? cant really tell from that pic.

    they may have moved that outta the way when they put your spacer in? I don't think thats whats causing your problems?

    New truck....so nothing yet
    I wonder if the ball joint on your UCA is the culprit?? They pop sometimes.
