My 2007 Impulse Red.

Since I have posted a couple times, taken lots of advice from this site, and looked at every picture of every truck posted here I thought I would finally throw mine out there. Just a few additions:
-Extang Trifecta Tonneau (Most awesome tonneau ever!!)
-Running Tubes
-Painted Steel Stock wheels and caps
-Painted Grill and Emblem
-large pinstripe ( Which I thought I would love until it was on, but Im warming up to it cause no one else has it - trying to be positive)
-debaged


Im thinking of adding an upper black grillcraft and likely going to add fogs since its all prewired. Let me know what you think. Suggestions.....

 

I like it, but I'm partial to Impulse Red X-cabs. I think the pinstripe will grow on you, it matches everything on the truck. If Susan (Impulse Red 008) shows up here she'll say it needs the BLHM (blacked out headlights).

Thanks. I agree on the Black HL Mod it just scares the hell out of me. I would melt my lamps for sure.

 

Everyone that does it always says how easy it is when they finish. I'm going to give it a try when the warmer weather gets here. Here's a picture of my Impulse Red with the color matched grill and a grillcraft to help you decide if that's what you want.

 

Oh yeah. 1 more mod. To round off my complete removal of all the Chrome on my veh ( I hate chrome). I got Black lug nuts from Summit racing.

My recommendations:

1. Paint your center caps black.... They kind say "LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME"....

2. Smoke your tail lights.

3. BHLM.

All very easy mods to do.

I was very hesitant about the BHLM too, but following the detailed instructions here made it go easy.

It could be a 9 if you lost the steelers sticker .

 

Nah gotta Keep the sticker. I grew in western PA and am a huge Steelers fan. Work sent me and my wife towards Cleveland. I dont need the sticker but I really keep it to piss off Browns fans.
