    I hope your being sarcastic.....

Mike I would start off with just doing the Cosmetics of the truck. Like color-match the bumpers, Fog Lights, Wheels and Tires.

Look around at some of the members on here that have a 4 cyl. Regular cab and see what they have done.

Yea, color match would be nice, also I'd say throw some fogs on it :D

im not that mechanically inclined, so are the fogs hard to put in, on a base??, and to color match the bumbers, can i just paint over them??

haha Your truck should already be prewired for Fog lights. Buy some OEM fogs and "plug-n-play".

And to color match, You will need to sand down the bumper with various grits. Buy some IIP paint and spray on.... With a clear coat

No, I got an 08 base model and it's not prewire. no harness..nothing.

They didn't even run that 3rd wire for the daytime running light to the front blinker connector but the bulb is double filament.

I have a base model prerunner and there were indeed no wiring harnesses or anything, but just buy some aftermarket "oem" fogs off ebay (factory fogs are like $300 I got mine for like $120 and they are perfect) and just go to a place to get them installed.
But yeah, def. get fog lights next. It adds so much remarkably

You can buy the wiring harnesses as well. It can come as a kit, i believe.

agreed! I bought that kit off ebay for like $120 and it came with everything you needed, it just required a trip (for me) to a mechanic to install it.
