Hey all, I don't know about you guys, but I've been stuck enough times out on my own, with nothing to winch off of (damn socal and lack of trees), and really wished I had more numbers of people to call who'd be willing to come help. Quite often half the people I know with 4x4's are in the truck with me...which does little good.

So, in that train of thought, why don't we put together a contact list of people who are willing and able to lend a hand? Not looking for this to become a business opportunity, more of a tacoma guys helping tacoma guys out, or a "throw a few bucks my way to cover my gas and I'll come get you out" kind of thing.



ETA: Here's what I'd like to do:

I will make the roster in excel format. If you want it, your name has to be on it as well.

You can PM me your info and I'll add it to the roster and send you a copy of the roster. Or you can post it here and delete your information after I update it onto the roster.
After I update the thread to state "roster made" - if your post is above mine you can go ahead and delete your phone number, etc.

Your idea of creating a roster of people willing to help is a noble one. But perhaps you may want consider creating a list that is confidential and not post it on the open forum.

This is the Internet you know.

It's probably best to exchange emails through PM's and go from there.
