Dirt Biking 3/6/10

So I have a temporary 2001 yz426f that I decided to take out for the first time. Went to a local spot with some little 20ft jumps. I tried to get Jonny to come but of course he is still looking for his pelotas. Took a few pictures and a couple videos. Kind of lame but it's the best I got. I was only there for an hour and a half. They locked the entry gate but there were no "no trespassing" signs so I just went around.

After I was loaded and about ready to leave a code enforcement truck pulls us with two guys. He said if they saw me riding its a 460 dollar ticket blah blah blah. They were nice though. So on the way out the ranger code truck tried following me out over the hump and they couldnt make it. lol Silly Ford drivers.

Same here. That's why I sold my cr250. Never had anyone to go with. People suck these day.

 

i used to have a cr 500 and that thing was crazy fun and crazy fast but same asshole stole that shit....but for sure let me know

 

Looks like fun, I cant wait for the snow to be gone here so I can get out.

Yea. lol. I didnt crash or anything. But for some reason my ligaments started hurting really bad. They still hurt. lol. Geez I feel 40 years old!

 

That would be sweet! Any good riding spots between us?

 

Well a pismo trip is possible or jawbone, i have some cousins in santa barbra and ventura ill see if theres anything by the coast

 

Ok. I know we have some great riding down here but thats far from you. So if we could find a middle spot that would be better.

Yea its pretty true, its like a quarter of the size it used to be (so i have been told) and like 10-15x more people. I found a new spot up in tahoe called sand mountain in fallon. That place is cool, its 2 square miles of sand and like hundreds of miles of trails around it. But im planning on spending a month down south this summer with some cousins, so maybe we can plan something then

 

Let me know. We will hit up Ocotillo Wells or Glamis.....Or both!

Unfortunately I was by myself so it was hard to take pics and video. Next time I will get a bunch. I want to find a place with some bigger jumps too. Maybe I will just start hitting up the track again.
