La Posta Pictures

So early this morning Doug and I headed out to Pine valley only to see that the gate was locked....But he ended up taking me to La Posta truck trail and it was a blast. Had been waiting for another trail run and thanks again Doug I know you didnt need a run but I sure as hell did. Oh and sorry about the green pictures my camera was being wierd.



















And hopefully there's some more pics and a couple videos on the way too

yeah it was just us. he had said something about a night run at like 2am and I said I'd be down...then he laughed at me because apparently he was kidding...but we went out this morning cause I've been dying to get out there. I had a blast though got to pin it sideways doin like 55 a few times haha good stuff. Theres a lot out there to explore though we had to come back because i had to be somewhere.

 

Still some mud I see.

 

Just in a couple spots. for the most part it dried up though.

 

WTF! Dam doug, you guys go for a run in the morning on a tuesday and dont call me and invite me? I told you m off on MON and TUES . dam i cant believe it and then you pass right by my me and go off-roading in my back yard, Nice! i see how you guys are

 

Damn....Looks fun! wish we had trails like that in New Jersey...looks like a blast!

 

Sorry...next time I'll be sure to let you know (Don't have your number though). This run was decided last minute (3am) the morning before. I want to go there again though. What days are you off?? Monday and Tuesday??

Let me know if they change, yep found some virgin territory just east of Kitchen Creek into an area thats been closed for years as far as I know & where we found that Heli-pad I've never been but we ended up on top of Mt. Laguna's far southeast side, I can't upload vids to this forum for some reason but if you go to YOUTUBE my channel is 4WDTRD1 & the videos are there, only have a couple pics, lots of new area to explore & prerunner friendly as of now......

And it didnt show in the video but right after the one of me trying to go up the hill ended doug yelled at me "PUT THAT MOTHERFUCKER TO THE FLOOR!!"...made it after that haha

 

Those are some good vids guys. We have got to get everyone together and go exploring back there some more That looks like some nice wheelin to be had!

 

yeah its really cool back in there. The videos are just of a sand area we found but theres ton of trails past that. and it keeps going past where me and doug went...I had to be somewhere. But when are you guys up for going?? I know you have mondays and tuesdays off matt we should head up there
