Anyone interested in driving Willow Creek RD 4/13/2010 off of hwy 1? I've never done it before and it looks like fun. Last night I hit a trail by Plaskett Creek Campgrounds, which is also off of hwy 1 a few miles before Willow Creek, and it was a blast! I drove it as far as I could until I came to a gate. If we make good time I don't see why we can't hit both trails.

    Pre-Runner Friendly!

I have no school and no work :D

Here's a willow creek thread I came across that has some sweet pics!

    http://www.southbayriders.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34226&page=1&highlight=clear+creek

On google maps search "Forest Route 23S01, Big Sur, Monterey, California 93920"

From there go to the street view of hwy1 and "Los Burros Road". That should take you to the the mouth of Willow Creek Road.

I'm thinkin we could meet around 8:00 at the Safeway in Carmel. Its a good place to gas up and get food for lunch.

I hope a few guys can make it out!

    Today was legit!!!
Here's some good shots I took before my camera died on me.

BUMB before I go to bed. I know Tuesday is an awkward day but it's the only day I don't have school or work.

It shouldn't be rainin and the terrain is a square at the most. But you are right, shouldn't be doin any wheelin where there's a chance you might get stuck or break somethin alone

Yeah I ended up goin solo, well my friend eric came with but in my truck. The roads were mostly hard pact dirt. I had an awesome time. By the end of the trail I was gettin the hang of kickin the back end out on turns...oh yeah Tokyo drift style. :burnrubber: But anyways it would be a great trail to camp off of. Im thinkin TW camping trip in the near future?
