    Another idea for the ground meat is to make some spaghetti meat sauce with it...
    or tacos
    or if it doesn't make good burgers mix it half and half with beef.

    Actually......I havent shot an oryx yet. I HAVE shot on Oreck, but it was a bitch to mount, and it didnt look like it had too much meat. :eek:

    oryx, tastes like deer to me. elk? i have only shot one, and it was a raging, bellowing, pissing, screaming rutting bull. honestly, it tasted like crap. if i draw this year, i will flip a coin to see what i arrow..bull or cow. probably the first elk to get within 40 yards...TWACK!

    add bacon, it makes every food taste better! But all kidding a side, a little bacon fat goes along way in very lean meats, and as long as don't go over board you will still be in the 98% fat free range.
