My 1st Mod

Well its been almost a month since I got my truck, so its time to start on it. As the title says this is my first mod, except for the tailgate theft deterent.I found these side steps for a deal on CL, only $60. I couldnt turn them down. Also they were really easy to install and only took about 45 min by myself.They stick out a little to far for me, but I can live with them. What does everyone think.

 

I'm never a fan of nerf bars, but those aren't too gaudy. And they'll stop retards from opening their door into your side.

 

Gotta agree, they look really good on your truck.

And this is why I haven't taken my running boards off that came with my truck.

 

Gratz on your first mod! I'm really glad that it didn't involve a can of black spray paint like a lot of first time "mods" do!

Thanks guys, like I said its hard to not do it when they only cost $60. I think my next mod will be a bull bar or blacking out my badges. I think I'll search it but does anyone know if a lift will void my warranty?
