    I'm there in spirit, trapped here on the 3rd coast. I've done some crazy drives to go surfin but most likely won't make it 28 hrs out to go with y'all. It's been long enough that my unpaid Mission Beach jaywalking tkt from 1993 has probably expired. :D Been way too long since comin out there. Did hit just about everything between Mission Beach and Ventura last time. Ran from the train at Trestles, fought the coons camping out near old man's, caught grunion one night at Huntington cliffs, shared wave with 2 dolphins at Newport rivermouth....ahh the good times. Miss the scene out there. Miss the scenery out there (bikinis). I'll have to make due with a waist high 85 degree water session before the oil tries to fuck it up here too. Sucks, we have had the cleanest water ever since Ike and now it's gonna be spoiled again by this BP nonsense. Y'all rip it up...............
