head lights?

    how do i adjust the headlights because my wife bought me a set of black head lights and i have no idea how to adjust them thanks

    There should be a screw right above the housing to adjust up and down and also one on the outside of the housing to adjust left and right.

    they may have black plastic covering them..seem em like that sometimes. they're just round metal screws about 1.5in wide, should be the only screws back there

    There is an adustment bolt on the fender side of the headlight assembly, accessed under the hood. I think toyota recommends parking the truck 9.84 ft (3m) from a wall and adusting them that way. Measure the height of your headlights from the ground the the center of the headlights and draw a line on the wall (Or use masking tape) at that height. Turn your headlights own and adjust them untill the project .823 inch (20.9mm) below that line.

    thanks i cant wait for tonight but how do i move them left and right because last night they were about one foot apart from each other thanks for the help btw

    the bolt is on the bottom right. i dont know if you can adjust them sideways on a 1st gen?
