Im planning on Herculing my tire fender/flares tomorrow! Can any tell me if i have the steps wrong?
    1. Sand the flare down
    2. Rub it down with paint thiner to get all the excess dust and dirt off
    3. Just paint the liner on the flares
    4. let it dry
    5. reinstall

If you could tell me if im doing it right or not? Thanks
do i spray any clear coats of anything on it so it doesnt fade?

blue led headlights, 285/75/16 grabber AT2's, custom pedals, custom shifter, flowmaster 40 series muffler, bedlinered fender flares, 2.5" lift kit via shackles and spacers, custom exhaust out the back, chrome exhaust tip, and Herculined bed, Weathertech floormats, Cabelas Trail Gear Camo Seat Covers ... Nice thing was I got the truck for $4000
You've got the right procedure...some people like the faded look of the Fender Flare (me :D), but after your done and you don't want it to fade you could spray them down with some hammered black paint.

    I need a 4 door DC 4x4
i taped mine off, and painted them with krylon for plastic, hasn't chipped or faded yet, no need to apply back to black every week.

use a sheet to cover up everything so over spray is limited/non existent
