does anyone have fiberglass fenders, bedsides, or a hood even

im pretty sure ive seen a pair on "mikesdoublecab" not 100% sure if it was him or not
now heres the question. are they worth it? are they hard to install? ive seen them on glassworks and fiberwerx but are there any other sites that offer up a good deal on good looking fenders or bedsides?

also. thouse things are pretty big.......a guess on shipping cost? haha

 

if not long travel, try to get some in 3.5" flair... im running 6.5" but only cuz im 4" over per side...

as for install, they aren't hard to install, but they don't come predrilled so you have to line them up, and being glass, they never line up perfectly...

if looking to do fenders and a hood though, i would suggest considering a one piece clip as it looks seamless... the separate hood and fenders may not line up...

 

^ yup, but a 1 piece clip on a non LT truck is gonna look out of place...

the install is easy, it's junst kinda time consuming cause like mike said glass is never perfect and you gotta show it some tough love...

well i want to get long travel but i dont have the money to do it all at once. new bike
my insurance on my truck and bikes is like 260 a month plus a bike payment. i save buy save buy save buy. it takes a while but im sure ill get a set up soon.

how much has it cost so far... about $3,500 just for the front (i bought my LT kit used)
