want to run a fan, charge my devices, in the truck bed

im wanting to run a fan, charge my phone, computer, and camera battery in the bed of my 05 tacoma reg cab 4x4. ive seen the dual battery set ups and just not sure i need all that. is there a cheap alt to the dual battery set up. the main thing i want is a fan so i can sleep. oh i have a shell on the truck dosent let a lot of air flow in. any help would be great. thx

 

Get yourself a 20-30 ah agm battery (think jetski or lawn tractor batt)and find a pelican box to put it in with a cigarette outlet or two in the side. run your stuff all night and when you take off in the am just plug it into the lighter socket in the cab to recharge it.
Or just buy one of those battery packs, Like this
