OK ive been doing research for about 3 days now but i still cant find a solution to this problem. NEED HELP!!

i want to put a bike rack on my bed where i dont hve to screw or drill anything to my bed. i found this bike rack by thule that does pretty much what im looking for but it locks the bar into the bed but not the bike. which is pretty stupid cause the bike is going to be more expensive then the bar. also it dosnt have a very good review. heres the rack
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846

my other idea is would i be able to buy a cargo bar or a rack thats similar to the thule to be able to attach yakima bedheads or blockheads.

    http://www.amazon.com/Yakima-BlockH...e=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1277135724&sr=1-1

    http://www.amazon.com/Yakima-BedHea...e=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1277136231&sr=1-3

so in basically i want a bike rack that attaches to my bed like a cargo bar but locks in place, with attachments that locks my bikes with out the front wheels. I also know that i can just attach the yakima bedheads but i want it to face forward and look clean.

i know this is a bit off a mission but im willing to make something custom i just dont know where to get the bar itself to attach the yakimas

THANKS FOR ANY HELP I CAN GET...

Can't you just put Thule's locking cylinders into the bar that is in your first link? Otherwise if the Thule rack is what you want, use a bike lock for the bikes.

The Rocky Mounts seem to be the best for our trucks, but these Delta ones are good option that is less expensive.

Actually, I'll sell you both my Delta ones with the custom mounting hardware and locks for $50!

I use XPORT ones I bought from Performance Bike. They run them on sale off and on for 9.99; 19.99 regular price. I used a one inch piece of aluminum with a hole drilled in the back. Then an one inch quarter in round head screw with a lock washer to secure the mount to the rail system. I used another nut and lock washer but you can use a wingnut.

I modified my mounts to work with my new mountain bike with a 15 mm axle. I'll post pictures in another post.

I just ordered the Rocky Mounts. I figure that I can also run a cable lock through the tie downs and around the frame and rear wheel. Nothing's bomb proof but this was as close to ideal as I found (in an hour or two of searching).
