Since I am bored right now and suffering from food poisoning, ill post.
My 2004 DC Prerunner TRD offroad taco. When I first bought it, June 2009 w/ 38,000 miles on it, put the flowmaster 40s on 2 days later


Then put on the silly TB spacer as well as K&N intake setup in July, (didn't do my research obviously), found out about TW a couple months later

Also got my truck tinted, 35 in the front, 20 in the back:

Then got these Babies installed in August: Gibson Headers.. yes!


Then got my lift... in August, when my truck was all for show, no go... Fabtech 3" coils in the front 3" blocks in the back... crappy shocks to go with it.. it sat very nice, but the ride was offroad while on road. horrible.



Then realized how stupid I was for paying the shop to install my HID lights........ bought the kit from DDM... one of my ballast's was burnt out... then just returned the whole thing, the lights were nice n bright though:

Went offroading for the first time, it was one hell of a friggin ride.... my leafs were shot after this happened... negative arch lol.
ONLY AFTER THIS, discovered TW, did my research and always gotta learn the hard way... Then MikeDoubleCab, suggested I put the deaver j59's on with the billies, and i thank him for that ALOT. Ride is ALOT smoother. Dec 2009

Then herculined the fenders, bottom bumper, n skid plate. it came out really nice, now its kind of faded:

Then got a new HID kit.. from the retrofit source, morimoto ballast, really nice clean white light..:

After this, nothing much, added the alpine cda-9886, then took it offroad 4 more times, still into it:

I really want 4wd but 2wd makes it more of a challenge haha. Thats it for now, Oh yeah just put in my order for a bumper from Relentless Fabrications! yeah just waiting on that then more pics to come!

thanks, the headers make all the difference in the world man.... before when i had my lift without the headers i had no power, now it pulls real hard..... can really hear it go haha

 

yeah man recently my truck got stuck in the sand so i had to get pulled out.. is there anywhere in the rear to attach the hook to? because i attached it to the frame...?

Im thinking about getting some HID's. but I dont want that stupid blueish lights, just some nice "cool white" ones.

 

thanks man! its weird cuz my coworker got them for me and he says they are 6k but its a very clean white light, im thinking they might be 5k? oh yeah, the retrofit source is the way to go! good stuff over there

Are those Procomp 6089s?? I just snagged them from someone on this forum and I need some tires...I like yours What kind and size are they?

@evertaco23 - ya the 6ks have a tinge of blue light, very nice color, i liked them, try check out this pic: http://media.photobucket.com/image/5000k%20hid/eglobaltrading/Techone/TechoneColors.jpg very good comparison, the HIDs im running now i think are 5k, either way they both good haha
@tacomaNJ - they are procomp 8069's, 17", im running 33s, 285/70/R17 mickey thompson baja atz, i like them a lot, thats all i can say lol, i cant compare to any other tires cuz thats all ive had so far haha, tires arent noisy or anything like that while on the freeway

 

Got me the 6K's and installed them saturday. They are freakin amazing! love the color and the light is 10x better.
