Okay....calling any paint experts....this is driving me nuts. I don't understand why this is happening. I am trying to paint my eyelids and this keeps happening....what am i doing wrong?

Putting the paint on too thick would be my guess, layer it. Let it dry between layers.

from the pic it seems that there may be a crack in the eyelid that is holding solvent.and when you paint it, it is creeping out of the crack and lifting the paint at the edges of the crack
is it happening in other spots too? or just in that spot
