    Do NOT buy any gardden watering products from Ray Padula. VEry slick ads and web site. Products are made in China and break VERY easily. They heavily adveertise their LIFETIME WARRANTY, which is a total fraud. All e-mails, mail, phone calls, etc. to any of their addresses go unanswered. I have reported them to the NC Attorney's General office who confirmed they cannot get them to return their contacts either. I am attempting to stop their sales.

    Ray Padula company stinks. Placed an order on 6/30/10. Received an order ID# and that was it. Called the company at least 8 times and spoke with a "girl" (sounded about 16). She said she would call back with a tracking #, nothing. She made "promises, I call you.", " I'm sorry, really sorry", ect. Nothing. Also e-mailed the company with no response. Had to contact pay pal and file a complaint. Also checked BBB and they're rated "F". Guess I'll know better next time. Don't order from this company they are big rip offs!!

    The company is a total fraud. You will NOT get anything from them. No calls will be returned, their corporate address is non-existent.
