I was curious if they would fit in a 15" rim. Come across that in your research??

I have the same seats in my vw! I went with yellow and black to match the paint scheme. Did you do the lumbar support too?

Judging by the fact he'll be running 14" Rotors...I'd say no, a 15" wheel won't fit

It's not really that simple. You're going to need to make custom brackets, as well as find a compatiable rotor. Then a new master cylinder will be needed.

With some "performance pads" and rotors you should be just fine. Most vehicles have more then adequate stopping power even with larger tires (only running 33" tires doesn't make a big difference). Just really step into it if needed:cool:

Um when you gonna have 200+:1 crawl ratio i think your average brakes are pretty much non existent

Exactly. I don't know if it's just my Tacoma but my trucks brakes scare me with how weak they feel, and I'm only on 32s. I'll probably just do a Tundra upgrade on my IFS though. Winch, armor, camper shell, audio/sound deadening, and a week's worth of camping supplies really push the stock brakes. Pads and basic upgrades don't do squat to help cool your brakes either.

Exactly. I have front bumper, big bed rack/roof rack, RTT, big rear bumper with tire swing, 1/4" diff skid amd I'm adding frot skids and belly skid plus stereo and camping gear. My brakes are scarey. But I don't want to go to a 16" rim for the tundras. Might just have to suck it up for 17s

I have all that and the belly pan skids (JLee's old Bud Built) plus the winch so you can imagine how it is. And I'm used to Brembo big brakes on my Evo so I'm spoiled. Why would you be ok with 17s but not 16s?

16s suck in general... less tire size options for one.

True I noticed that when window shopping for 16s. The only benefit I see besides butting bigger brakes is better load rating, which might help me with all that camping gear.

Jerry we have officially jacked your thread and are holding it for ransom til more updates!

What Silas said. I want 35x12.5s. 315/75s just aren't the same
