It wasnt too hard. The sand wasnt as much of an issue for me. You want to upgrade to an AFE or a K&N so you can constantly clean before and after sand. It was driving in the rain that I had to fix. Any bit of water in the road ended up straight on my air filter. After the first time it rained I looked in my airbox and there was a puddle. Bad news! By the looks of your photo there it will keep the mud out too lol

Looks good, one suggestion is to be careful of your bedsides.. I dunno where the bump is on your truck but I had a neighbor with a similar setup and he straight ruined his bedsides from the tires hitting them

Yeah they barely fit. I had to trim all the plastic off the fender behind the tire to get them to fit. They still touch though if one wheel is stuffed and the other is full droop. I was thinking about just doing the bottle jack flaring until I can get the rear LT'd

Oh really? I was gonna go on the first good test this weekend. Maybe I should pull the bedsides at least first. I dont care about the fenders as much as cutting a tire or damaging other things

I tried to dig up a pic of it but i only have one pre fubar. The flares broke off both sides, and the wheel wells were bent up and inward past the mounting holes for the flares all the way around and the rear portions were ripped and bent up.

Pretty sure his tires are a size or 2 larger then yours and are more aggressive so you may be ok, i just wouldn't hammer through shit super fast unless you can see everything will cycle without hitting the bed.

would suck ass to have it all messed up lookin and no duckets for glass

Well I had no problems in the rear but mangled my front bumper pretty good. So i had to bend it back up and cut a little off the edges. I removed the lower plastic portion casue I didnt want to cut it (hopefully be able to sell). I will have to make a skid asap
