All of the bolt on kits can mount a shock without a new upper shock mount as long as your 6 lug. Im not sure if you can get a 2.5x8 coilover without a resi. Why wouldnt you want a resi? The arms are 3.5" inches wider. And LT is not for lift. Its all adjustable so you dont adjust for lift or looks. You adjust to where it handles good. Im not really sure how much lift mine got, I never measured stock

Honestly you should do a lot more research before you even consider LT. Your looking at $5k+ once your done with a front end and it looks like your just looking for a lift. The total chaos and camburg LT kits are the same width and they provide tons of photos of the width, how they mount, and specs on the kit. A good kit for you would probably be the All Pro LT. Its not as expensive and not quite as wide

yea id like the allpro...but they don't make a 1st gen lol

And no im not lookin just for lift, im just curious about LT in general as id like more front wheel travel, but again, im not a desert racer kinda guy, im a trail guy. I think ill just opt for a good Mid travel setup in the long run.

Yeah I planned on it. I also may be joining the back half black club because my buddy that painted my front fenders does not work at the same shop anymore
