New resi location. Had to move them from the top because the UCA was contacting pretty hard at full stuff.
Not as cool looking, but oh well, function > form.

It's days like today, that I fucking love my truck. Did a shakedown session after the recent changes. The bitch brought her A game today. The only issue I ran into was with the new bypass location. At full lock the tires were rubbing the comp tube. Fixed that when I got home by swapping bypasses passenger to driver and putting the tubes towards the frame instead of outside.

    Few poser pix

So I just got a Demello bumper just like yours, but with headlight hoops. It doesn't come with the front skid and I was wondering if your skid was made by Demello when the bumper was built. Also is the skid bolted on or welded on?

If the skid was welded on I'd be fucked 6 ways to Sunday.
Skid is a true BB skid with no modifications. The front bumper has a crossmember that would be in the factory location of the stock skid mounting points where the factory skid goes (and the BB skid takes advantage of).

Sorry I meant the one on the bumper. I worded that wrong, I know what you mean about the BB being a pain if welded on. Here is my bumper so you know what I mean.

I'm missing the skid that is attached to the front of the bumper.

Cut a piece of aluminum and bolt it in with the tabs that are already welded on.

That's what I was thinking or possibly 1/8" steel so I could possibly convert the bumper to have a winch and more stability. Thanks Jason.

Good call. I'm sure someone around me can make something but it's a good second option.

    Did the front brakes today.
EBC rotors and pads. First impressions are good. We'll see how they feel after bedding in completely.
