    If the new one were to fail for some reason, it would be very nice to still have the old one to pop back in.

    I might get one as my old pioneer died :pout:

    Good EQ, pre amp outs and yes iPhone compadabitly as well as a USB port s you can use a flash drive or plug you phone/iPod in to pull music off it and charge it at the same time.

    Pioneer is my favorite brand of head unit as yes, they sound great and they are great quality. Unlike dual or alpine..I always felt like they felt cheap..didn't sound as crisp too.

    I'd get one. Looks great. I might retry and find the equivalent without BT personally as I don't need that. I like everything else about it.
