    duh! haha

So Monte how does your Dad like his URD TCAI? No problems with it? I was talking with the LT guys about what they thought of it for keeping sand out of the intake, but they basically all told me to stay away from it. SierraExpedtions has one on his Taco and he said he has hydrolocked it three times now driving in the Arizona rain (even with the Hydro-Shield pre filter on), although it looks like AZ gets more rain than ID and WY. haha

Yep fixing to leave right now! Gonna be a long day

We haven't had any issues. But yes. We don't get a lot of rain. He put a different filter on it to and had to mod it a bit..but seems to be fine. Of all the things that caused issues at hasn't been one. Plus my dad re mounted it so the piping is all down hill. Would take a lot of water for it to reach or get sucked in.

But for heavy rainy areas I can see how it could be an issue.

Correction... I think I have had it suck in to much water during heavy rain. But that was before I extended the shield far enough to cover the whole filter. So we'll see if I have anymore issues. I also had to clean off my MAF I think it was causing some AFR issues but it all seems to be ok now. I'll try and keep it on for now because I don't want to but anything else on that will clog the passenger side of the engine bay, because that is where I want to install my second battery.

That is pretty much enough for me right there to just go with a snorkel... Thanks! Now I just need to get glass fenders already and fit a snorkel haha. Don't want to have to buy two snorkels...

Bahaha! I do like symmetry but fuck that! haha, and the reason for 2 would be one for now and then one for the glass, although maybe I could just mod the 1st one to fit the glass. Will depend on what glass I go with.

"Do you love tacos? Don't you hate it when you bite into a hard shell taco and all the substance falls right in your lap? There's a solution: Soft shell tacos.
Like hard shell tacos, soft shell tacos feature meat, vegetables and cheese. But that's where the similarities stop.
The biggest asset of the soft shell taco is its soft shell. Soft shell tacos feature a durable, yet delicious shell that doesn't disappoint by breaking under pressure. Durability is extremely important in eating tacos.
In addition to staying together, soft tacos actually hold more toppings than the standard hard shell taco. Pedro Hernandez, a worker at the Taco Bell on Stadium Road, isn't sure, but thinks that he is able to put more meat and toppings in soft shell tacos.
Yet another benefit of the soft shell taco is the taste of the squishy shell. While hard tacos have great texture, they lack the great flour taste."
Not even a competition. Soft shell kicks hard shells ass any day of the week and twice on days that Taco Bell is open, which is all the dayumm time.

Yea didn't go a smooth. The wiring harness on it is a bitch to take apart. But everything is ready to pull apart. Should be done by noon tomorrow. But my buddy had to go home so I have no second set of arms.

Gonna go back there and do the other cv now and the t case seal. Might as well.

Billings I believe. Actually maybe laurel.

Jesus..only one of my piaa bulbs came today..other one will come Saturday I guess..wtf..

What led light do you use in your tent Monte. When camping I kept tryong to think of a led that would hang from the center bar inside. Would have been real nice

I bought just some 2 led rectangles. 5 of em. Works great. Just used zip ties to attach them to the top bar. They work great.

I have since trimmed the zip ties haha used the double stick tape they came with too.

Yes wired to the truck. Sorta..i haven't really gotten around to tucking the wiring and making it permanent. But pretty much yes wired to the truck.

Got the clutch done. Quiet the project..looking back. Ironically taking everything apart was what took the longest. Most of yesterday afternoon and this morning.

Ill post pic later. Still haven't driven it. Swaping my CV now and reinstalling skid first.
